Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026

This policy explains what information Novare Pest, a brand of Novare Partners LLC ("Novare Pest," "we," "us"), collects through the public pages of novarepest.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

It covers our public website: the home page, the early-access sign-up page and our other public information pages. It does not cover the Novare Pest app that customers sign in to, or the business data customers connect to it. That is covered by your customer agreement.

The short version

• We collect what you enter on our early-access form, plus basic details about how you reached us, so we can follow up and learn which marketing works.

• We use Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tags on our home page and early-access page to measure our ads. Those companies set their own cookies.

• We do not sell your personal information.

• You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time by emailing clay.grantham@novarepartners.com.

Information you give us

Early-access form (novarepest.com/early-access). When you sign up, we collect:

• Your first and last name, company name, work email and phone number (required)

• How many technicians you have (required)

• The field-service software you use now (optional)

• How you heard about us (optional: Google search, Facebook/Instagram, ChatGPT, Capterra/GetApp, G2, Google Maps, Referral or Other)

Contacting sales. Our "Contact sales" option opens your own email app or phone dialer. We receive whatever you send us by email, or the details of your call.

Booking a call. If we send you a link to book a call, that booking page is run by Microsoft Bookings, not this website. Microsoft collects what you enter there (such as your name, email, phone number and your answers to a few short questions) and adds the meeting to our calendar. Microsoft handles that information under its own privacy terms: Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Information collected automatically

With your sign-up. Along with what you type, the form sends:

• The first page you landed on during your visit, and the page that referred you to our site

• Campaign tags in the link you followed, if any: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content

• Ad click identifiers, if you arrived from an ad: gclid (Google) or fbclid (Meta)

• Your browser's user-agent string (browser and device type)

• A code showing which campaign or page the sign-up came from

To remember the campaign tags, click identifiers, landing page and referring page between pages, the site keeps them in your browser's session storage. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. It is not a cookie, and we receive nothing from it unless you submit the form.

To stop spam, we use your IP address briefly to limit how many sign-ups can be sent in a short time. We do not store your IP address.

Site analytics. On our home page and early-access page, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. Vercel describes it as working without cookies: it counts visits using a temporary code made from the request, which it discards after 24 hours, and it reports only totals (pages viewed, referring site, country/region, browser and device type). It does not tell us who you are. Learn more: Vercel Web Analytics privacy.

Advertising tags. On our home page and early-access page only, we use two advertising tools to see whether our ads lead to sign-ups:

• Google tag / Google Ads. It tells Google which of those pages you visit, when you successfully complete the early-access form, and when you choose to email or call sales. It does not send Google your name, email or phone number. Google sets cookies to connect ad clicks with these visits and sign-ups.

• Meta Pixel. It tells Meta which of those pages you visit, when you successfully complete the early-access form, and when you choose to email or call sales. Meta sets cookies to do this.

These tags don't run on the signed-in Novare Pest app.

Google and Meta use this information under their own privacy policies, and may use it to measure ads, show our ads to people who visited our site, and improve their services:

• Google: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services

• Meta: Meta Privacy Policy

How we use your information

• To contact you about early access to Novare Pest and answer your questions

• To understand which pages, searches and ads bring people to us, so we can spend our marketing time and budget well

• To keep the form working and stop spam and abuse

We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only so they can do that work:

• Supabase, which hosts the database where sign-ups are stored

• Resend, which delivers a copy of each sign-up to our inbox by email

• Microsoft, which hosts our email and calendar, and runs Microsoft Bookings

• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides the page-view analytics described above

• Google and Meta, as described under Advertising tags

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access sign-ups and related emails for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, you become a customer (your account is then covered by your customer agreement), or we need to keep them longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Google, Meta, Microsoft and Vercel keep the data they collect according to their own policies.

Your choices

• Ad personalization. You can control the ads Google shows you at My Ad Center (https://myadcenter.google.com) and in Google's ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com). You can manage how Meta uses data from other websites and apps in your Meta ad preferences (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences).

• Interest-based ads from many companies. You can opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

• Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, including Google's and Meta's. Blocking them won't stop the site or the early-access form from working.

• Emails from us. Tell us if you'd like us to stop contacting you about early access, and we will.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy,

• correct it,

• delete it, or

• stop using it for targeted advertising.

Whatever state you live in, you can make any of these requests by emailing clay.grantham@novarepartners.com. We'll confirm we received it, may ask for information to verify it's you, and will respond as soon as we can. We won't treat you differently for making a request. If you're an authorized agent making a request for someone else, tell us in your email.

Deleting information from our records doesn't delete what Google, Meta or Microsoft already hold. Use the links above, or contact those companies, to manage that.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, and service providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive personal or financial details through the form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site or practices change. We'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
