Podium and CallRail integrate alongside FieldRoutes, and our team sets them up with you during onboarding. The Calls view uses FieldRoutes and Podium together. It shows call volume, answered and missed calls, missed-call callbacks and answered inbound calls by rep, with a Call Log down to the individual call.
Each call is shown as a sales call or a current-customer call. Podium conversations are matched to the customer account, alongside subscriptions, visits, reviews and balance.
Using PestPac, Briostack or GorillaDesk?
Novare Pest connections to PestPac, Briostack and GorillaDesk are on the roadmap. Today, Novare Pest analytics integrates with FieldRoutes, Podium and CallRail.
The Novare Pest operating platform is an alternative for operators who want scheduling and dispatch, routing, billing and autopay, service plans, a lead-to-customer flow and a field app in the same system. It is in beta with pest control operators.
